Flatmate wanted in a 2-bedroom flat in the city centre!

Dear postdocs,
A friendly but fairly quiet Japanese postdoc is looking for a
flatmate, who is similarly friendly, decently clean, not too noisy and
preferably who can stay for a long period (minimum 6 months).

A spacious furnished double bedroom in the city centre is available to
move in, in a new 2 bed flat .
Conveniently located on Fair Street, CB1 1HA, just 5min walk from the
main bus terminal and 1min from Grafton centre. Central heating with a
double-glazed window; Kitchen with gas hob/oven/microwave, washing-
machine/dryer, fridge-freezer; large living room with 2 sofas; good
shower with a bath tab. Importantly all these are shared only with one
perso and I am not at home most of day time and weekend (I am a
hardworking postdoc).

The rent is £625/month, inclusive of all Gas/Electric/Water, fast Wi-
fi Internet access and Council Tax. 1 month deposit is required.

I just have to let you know that I sometimes take a shower at late
night (possibly after midnight), so I am looking for someone who can
sleep fast enough not to be easily disturbed.
