Cat friendly accommodation in Cambridge?

Hello,

I am a postdoc at the institute of astronomy. I am looking for an unfurnished 1+ bedroom house/flat in Cambridge (though Girton or Madingley would be fine) that would accept a small cat. See the picture of the ferocious beast. Who could resist? I would be grateful for any lead.
