Hi,
For those of you who couldn't make it, our Spring Hike was a big
success. We had over 20 attendees at one time, but as we stretched
out our time, we lost a few here and there who had to get to other
appointments. One family was from Groton (thanks to Brian's post
specifically). The weather was great, there was lots to see and
learn about including newts, spotted salamander eggs, green frogs,
red backed salamanders, garter snakes, caddisflies, butterflies,
lady slippers, and lots more. Also, some of our friends from
Cambridge Entomological Club couldn't help themselves from spending
an even longer time exploring.
I'm already looking forward to our summer hike.
Hope you are all doing well.

Hi Everyone,
I have attached a copy of the
Spring Hike flyer. Hopefully, Don can make us some copies and
Denise will let us distribute them at the DCR Visitor
Center. I can post flyers at trailheads... unless Denise has
someone that could do it for us.
Don and Denise please email me
with your thoughts on this.
Scott, please forward the flyer
to anyone you think would be interested in the flyers and to
anyone I might have missed.
