Did you all know that Earth Day was first celebrated in Santa Barbara, California (the town of my alma mater!) in 1970? They formed the Community Environmental Council (also CEC) that year as well. An awesome way to celebrate would be to sign our petition to make the native Murky Flash-Train Firefly our state insect at the link in our bio! In other news, I made an instagram account for club announcements called cambridge.ent.club! I will probably post bug pics and memes too sometimes so feel free to DM me yours on instagram if you want to be part of the bug photo stockpile :) please let me know if you don’t want to be tagged but otherwise I will tag the account you send it from for credit!
