Yeah, I did it last year and had lots of fun. I'm thinking of going back. The setting close to Lake Tully is spectacular. The course isn't super technical or hilly but has enough twists and turns to keep it interesting. There are a couple of miles on asphalt towards the end but the rest is all proper trail. Stas (the organizer) marks the course the day before the run, but you'll probably still need to carry a map and keep your eyes peeled as I expect the marking to be minimal. One person went off course and had to bail out early last year.
