READ :China's Cambodia Strategy
Parameters, Autumn, 2000 by Paul Marks

A number of delegations of private businessmen from Guangdong have visited Cambodia through this means, and often a Chinese-Cambodian tycoon, Theng Bunma, hosts them.

Teng Bunma
Teng Bunma (born 19?? in Suphan Buri, Thailand) is one of the wealthiest businessmen in Cambodia, a country whose wealth is concentrated in the hands of a small group of closely connected politicians, military officials and businessmen.

He is of Chinese-Khmer through naturalization & corruption by the CPP/Hun Sen Hok Lundi police.
Teng Bunma was one of first Thai-CHINESE turned Cambodian business people to invest significantly in Cambodia after the fall of the Khmer Rouge in 1979.

First THAI-CHINESE
-president of "Cambodia's Chamber of Commerce", he also owned
-the luxury Intercontinental hotel in Phnom Penh and
-Rasmei Kampuchea, the country's most influential newspaper.

His son is THAI CHINESE turned Cambodian through naturalization (corruption )a partner with Khmer Rouge functionary Ieng Sary in running the Caesar international casino in Pailin, a mining town in western Cambodia.

A 1996 article ("Medellin on the Mekong") in the Hong Kong-based Far Eastern Economic Review, by United States journalist Nate Thayer, described Teng Bunma as a significant figure in Cambodia's international drug-smuggling trade[citation needed].
Thailand issued a warrant of arrest in June 1998 against Teng Bunma because of fraud. Police determinations took place also in Hong Kong: there Bunma had submitted a falsified passport for the registration of its enterprise "to Thai Boon Roong".
For years Bunma has been denied entry into the USA, because he appears on that countries list of suspected drug dealers.

THIS CHINA-THAI CHINESE-CAMBODIA CONNECTIONS from 1990's-2008 result in revealing that the Chinese , Thai Chinese through Teng Bunma evil illicit trade & invesments are becoming low creature on earth .

1. Chinese culture vs Khmer culture.
Basic education denied to all Cambodian in the 24 provinces nearly 30 years under Vietnam rule .
Chinese culture promotion of alcohol drinking and sex industry and slavery have destroyed the entire social fabric.

2.Khmer culture teaches us all : do not steal, do not lie.But Chinese introduced to Cambodia from 1955-2008 are
sophisticated in cheating practices and systems such as :

-smugllings
-cheating,
-robbings,
-Taxes evasion and
-bribery.
3. National Assembly reports : NGO: Mr Sok Hach in his report sent to the National Assemblay he says that an estimate 1200 chinese /viet firms are cheating Taxes and the Government may lose $ 400 million US dollar a year.

4. With no respect to the Khmer culture, they are promoting evil undertakings in the land:
a.Bribery, corruption of the Cambodian officials,
b.Slavery, Human trafficking,
c.robbery,
d.smugglings,
e. drug smuggling and drug consumption,
f. drinking, and gamblings ,sex industry
g. forced prostitution etc

5.  The Chinese investors and Vietnamese invaders are thieves and have
destroyed the country, the Khmer Culture with their culture of using:
drug , heroin, drinking alcohol ,prostitution, sex with children under 18 years old
(Mao Tse Toung 's Daoism ), gambling, smuggling of all products, land grabbing, bribery, corruption of Cambodian Officials, racial discrimination...thus they are inflicting a permanent suffering to the entire Cambodian population with no end.

The Chinese culture have transformed from 1990-2008 the Cambodian society in this evil way:

6.CAFE SHOP WITH PORNO SHOWING AND :
-100,000 cambodian girls under age are victims and are prostitutes of the Chinese sex industry producing 120 000 victims , as aid/hiv diseases.
-200,000 Cambodian men, women, children sold as slaves, beggars , human organ, forced prostitutes (180 000 ) to Thailand, and 20 000 to Malaysia & abroad.
- The 300 Chinese garment factories in Kandal and Phnom Penh employ 270 000 illegal Vietnamese settlers .....

-Malay Chinese and other have destroyed Cambodian forest with illegal loggings.
-Thai Chinese have promoted the consumption of Heroin, amphetamine Yama-Yaba through the Teng Bunma

CONCLUSION :

The Chinese  run alcohol and drug businesses, and the Cambodian died every day.
These evil Chinese acts in Cambodia are making the Chinese people the lowest creature on earth.
