Dear Respected CSO leaders,

On behalf of CSO core group, we would greatly thank for your endorsement on the joint statement requested the government to release the official draft of LANGO.

Your signature made an important contribution towards the sustainable development in Cambodia. Your participation shows the great solidarity among NGO community.  We sincerely believe others who have not yet signed will kindly continue to sign up –

The Prime Minister of the Royal Government of Cambodia announced that the draft Law on Associations, and Non-Governmental Organizations (LANGO) will be passed without sharing to the public and no further consultations with CSOs.

Therefore, we urgently request you to endorse the attached statement in solidarity with other CSOs to ensure that we preserve our much needed democratic space.

As of the 21th of April, 89 CSOs have endorsed the joint statement. We would seek for your endorsement on this joint statement and the NGO solidarity movement by replying with a YES  to kongke...@ccc-cambodia.org  by clearly indicating your name, your organization name and address as soon as possible.

With best Regards,

On behalf CSO Core Group,
