Warm Greetings from IWRAW Asia Pacific!

The Cambodian Center for Human Rights (CCHR) in cooperation with International Women’s Rights Action Asia Pacific is hosting the National Workshop for Lawyers on Litigating Women’s Human Rights to Land Using CEDAW from 6-8 May 2015 in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. (Place of event will be announced later)

This is three day Workshop for approximately 15-20 experienced lawyers who are involved in land rights cases from rural and urban areas of Cambodia. Participants in the Workshop will be selected through the application process and preference will be given to the lawyer who has working experience on land rights and who currently handling the land related case. Lawyers selected from provinces will receive a full fund which includes transportation, accommodation and meal allowances on the days of the meeting will be borne by CCHR and IWRAW Asia Pacific. The application form for admission has to be filled and only completed application shall send to Ms. Amarjargal at amarj...@iwraw-ap.org or Ms Chhunly at chhunl...@cchrcambodia.org by 10 April 2015.
