Dear Colleagues and Development Partners,
From 2005 to 2012, the USAID Cambodia MSME Project Team ignited rural economic
growth in 17 provinces using the MSME Value Chain Approach. The
Project activities benefited more than 900,000 Cambodians and thousands of
family-owned rural businesses can now benefit financially from Cambodia's
dynamic economic growth.
In total, the MSME Project worked across 9 value chains - swine, aquaculture,
clay tiles, safe drinking water, sanitation, garment industry training, and
three NREM-related value chains - honey, resin, and eco-tourism. We worked directly with more than 7,400 firms
and 800 government officers to mend the weak and fractured value chains.
The Project recently completed a comprehensive survey and analysis of our
results. The results are exceptional,
and we want to these results, as well as other information, with you.
