I noticed that our latest communication (except for this email) was from Lody on July 22, 2013. It means that our group has still been active as all times though sometimes we are more active than the others. Without a series of communications, I do not really know what our topic should be. P.S. There are a number videos from TED Talk which are very good as the speakers have years of experiences. You may need to search for the ones that relate to your areas. At the same time, thank Nana very much.
