Final meeting minutes!!!

Tomorrow is the big day :)) Here are the minutes of our final meeting:

FINAL LDI Meeting (12:30pm, JCI)
- Everyone – be careful tomorrow of where you throw away your own trash (water bottles and etc.) – it will be a very bad example for the public!
- Tomorrow, when people ask what we’re doing, just say “Ty kron sa-art chap pa-dem pi khnom”
- Arrive at Olympic Stadium by 6:30am at the latest – preferably by 6am
- Morning agenda
o 7:30-8 registration (400 t-shirts per zone)
o 8am – delegation arrival
o 8:25am – deputy director of education and sports (speech)
o 8:35 – Sila
o 8:30 – Lauri
o 8:45 – sponsors (SMART, PPIU, Pepsi)
o 9am – closing and departure
- Sabay team: 30 members will set up registration tables
- 15 buses total – 3 per direction (Zone A does not need a bus)
- NO WALKING on major roads
- CINTRI confirmed, around 60 people will help us collect rubbish with carts
- Someone needs to take care of the information desk at Olympic Stadium – Cheata?
- Buses will depart in the following order:
1. C
2. F
3. B
4. D
5. E
