I still do my 645am rides from shop on Mondays and Fridays if anyone
ever can join me, 1350' of climbing, 6-8 interval climbs, 9 miles in
one hour, HT MTB is best rig for this ride

Who all is planning on racing Barlow on Sunday?? Any tips from those
that have raced it before??

Evan and I will be at Barlow on Sunday. Never ridden there before, so it is all new to me. I think the big stepped run up is kind of a signature feature from what I've seen and heard. Here's a good video of last year's race. It was muddy...

Thanks, looks like a great workout... I added the skyview/ostersen (sp?) Canyon trail + ditch trail to a route from my house and ended up w/ 10.5 miles... Now to ride it ;)
Thanks again - Brian
