Cyclocross Training Ride - Wednesday, September 7th, @ 4:15 roll out
(These are not technique clinics but rides for those who choose to run
bumpy treads.)

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Ride Type - Cyclocross (see Description below)
Date - Wednesday, September 7th
Time - Ride leaves at 4:15
Leave from - 3rd Street lot (NE 3rd Ave, Camas - Parking area where
the creek goes under 3rd Ave)
Route - Camas Prune Hill area trails, paths, roads and schools.
Duration - approx. 1.5 - 2 hours (seat time)
Pace - Medium - Medium Fast

Description - This weeks route will see terrain of all types and will
also include a few steep but fairly short
climb's. There will be quite a bit of pavement on this loop as we
connect the dots around
Camas so air appropriately. This ride is intended to be a faster
pace training ride geared
towards Cross bikes. It will also include a few run ups thrown in
for dismount / mount practice.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

My intensions are to set these up as fairly hard, faster paced
Cyclocross training rides.
The "Pace" description is relative to my pace as a CAT 2. Fast for
some, slow for others!
Faster riders can always charge the hills and double-back, then
regroup at the top of the climbs.

For now, as the group is small, if you plan on joining us, please let
me know if your coming.
RSVP by email to sean.v...@daimler.com or CHSMT...@hotmail.com.
If you don't RSVP, I assume your not coming and we may ride earlier or
elsewhere.

Start times are actual roll out times so please be ready to go 5
minutes before.
General rule is if you're early, you're on time, if you're on time,
you're late and
if you're late, you get left behind! I hate waiting so enough said on
that issue.

Helmets required...............Really, do I actually have to say that!

Feel free to pass this on to those you may know who race might be
interested.
If you don't want to receive these emails please let me know and I'll
remove you from my list.
