Almost forgot, the Canby Cross is this Saturday and the Cross Crusade
kicks off Sunday, also at Alpenrose. If your doing the Crusade, start
praying now that the first digit of your race number is called first.

I'm racing at Blind Date on Wednesday, already pre-registered! Also, thinking real seriously about forgoing the Crusade opener and going to Canby. I know that Pat's Acres site and it would be a great venue for cyclocross. Looks like a awesome course they have set. Smaller fields and a better setting for Evan compared to getting ran over by waves of Master B riders at Alpenrose. Love the scene at the Crusade...but I'm thinking hard about heading south on Saturday instead.

My number was last call-up at Alpenrose for Master C last year. Mooo...it was like a stampede, but at a walking pace.

I am thinking about skipping most of the Crusade races as well. Some have scheduling conflicts and really, I would rather focus on the GPMC. Currently I'm in 5th in that on points so I should be able to get call-ups.

I agree with Jordan on racing the GPMC. That's our plan. This weekend, Saturday sounds better for racing, especially for the Junior's. The Crusade is one series where they probably should have their own class. Zach has to take the SAT test Saturday so Sunday is our only option and I'm undecided for now.
