A hearty dis-recommendation from me.
We were initially impressed as out of the five people we called about
turning our front garden into a drive, they were one of two firms to show up
and the only people that bothered actually sending a quote.
They did the work after only a little prodding, but after about five months,
the tarmac sank quite considerably in places and plants began to burst
through in others. (The work was supposed to be guaranteed for 5 years I
think)
After a month of phone calls someone came round and dug some small holes and
then buggered off. After another four months of phone calls (an average of
two or three calls a week) someone visited and said 'sorry' and that they'd
get on to it straight away and 'reset' the guarantee. That was about six
weeks ago.
I'm sure by now we should be doing something more 'official' than this but
it's just finding the time, so for now, I'm just wingeing to you guys...

(I'm sure we found them via the Yell web site, but they're not there now,
maybe they change their business name every few months to keep people
guessing - the two main people we've dealt with have been James and Callum
anyhow.)
