"wins" is a bit of an overstatement. The firm caved in when he made the
Small Claims Court claim, so there was no legal decision.

Sadly this will not stop the international lot who are a far worse nuisance.

In the case under discussion, a foreign call centre was working for a UK
company.

That's how he was able to pursue the case.

AIUI the callers were international in this case. But the victim sussed that
they were working for a UK company and was able to get back at them.

On a couple of occasions I've sent out invoices to spammers. Most don't
pay of course but I've made enough to cover the cost of the stamps many
times over.
