I've come up with three potential builds with the pool. I don't know if the zombie build has enough power level, especially with no lords. Maybe it can get there though, with the amount of removal. If not that deck then it comes down to how greedy it is to try to fit the white into the BUG deck. Thoughts?

Not enough power in the zombie build, agreed. You still get to use all of the black removal in a GB base. I like the synergy of the Feral Prowlers and Lethal Sting. Block for a bit until they're outclassed, shrink them with Sting, and then chump for your card back.

I'd opt for the splash everything build, as I think the inclusion of Pride Sovereign (as well as the late game of big horsie and River Hoopoe) is too good to ignore. I'm concerned over the two white 3 drops--though I can see their synergy with other cards--but I'm not sure that Rotbeast, Dune Beetle, or Giant Spider are better.

Sorry this is a bit late, but... I don't know if this format is slow enough to enable the BG splash everything deck. The Zombies deck could definitely get there, even if the Crested Sunmare is basically just a 5/5 for 5, since your curve is pretty solid. The problem is that a lot of your creatures don't strike me as the kind of things you want to be putting -1/-1 counters on for Lethal Sting, and that kind of anti-synergy could definitely be a huge drawback. I think over all the GB build looks the most solid: tools to stymie early aggression, powerful removal spells to handle difficult threats, a reasonable top end, and Dissenter's Deliverance in an attempt to screw over that one asshat running God Pharaoh's Gift.

Just saw Jason's message, and he's right; I forgot the Pride Sovereign was there and that the Cat tokens have lifelink. Disagree with Jason about the Camel because it means you're not entirely reliant on Pride Sovereign and River Hoopoe to turn on Crested Sunmare. He might be right about the Dauntless Aven (untapping your exert guys is fun, but that 1 toughness makes it a bit too anti-synergistic with Lethal Sting for my tastes).

The greedy white splash for the horse (even removing the aven) ended up being too greedy. I was color-screwed more than once and ended up 1-1 with that version of the deck. The splash for just the Hoopoe and activations for the cat ended up going 4-3. Against aggressive decks that were made up mostly of 2-drops I tended to side out the Hoopoe, some more expensive cards, and the blue splash to make the deck a little more consistent and to bring in better low drops (Dune Beetles vs. x/1s like the white guy that can make himself indestructible in combat for example) and to bring in more cyclers for the Ruthless Sniper. I never tried the zombie deck.

The Hoopoe is pretty fantastic though. In one game it held off two 2/2s while I was at 1 life long enough for me to stabilize and then work my way up to 7 life to get out of burn range. That 2-life gain is pretty key. The cat was good, but mostly acted as a lightning rod for whatever removal my opponents had (which isn't a bad thing). I did play him once into a board of 2x Feral Prowler and a Prowling Serpopard (which is a CAT snake) to make him a 3-mana 5/5 :). I never got to blow someone out with a Pouncing Cheetah to put him out of Magma Spray range though.

That would've been hilarious with the Cheetah.
