PPTQ Sealed Pool

On Saturday I went to a PPTQ in the area. Ended up having a pretty bad day, going 1-3 before dropping. I figured that people might be interested in talking about possible builds with the pool though, so here it is below. I'll include my own builds after people have a chance to think about what they would have done. I ended up having two builds, one which I registered and the other which I often side-boarded into (enough that maybe it should have been my primary build).

Grixis colors look the best for sure, but nothing is too overweight. Green doesn't look deep. I'd say that red is the best individual color, and it might just be a black/red deck. I do like the synergy of the two Lethal Stings and the two Proven Combatants (an underrated card made excellent by Sting). And then there's the tragedy of not playing the two hoopties. I've not played a single sealed event in this format, so I'm not sure how to advise, but those are the directions that are apparent to me.
