SFDC Consultant –  Minimum 5 – 6  years of experience

Qualifications

·        Strong SFDC Technical experience 
·        Strong experience in working on Environment setup, architecting Salesforce.com solutions,  integration solutions, Data transfer solutions, Report & Dashboard solutions 
·        Dev 401 SFDC Certification is must.  Dev501 is preferred 
·        Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests 
·        Passionate about solving challenges by leveraging technology solutions 
·        Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills 
·        Strong communication skills, positive attitude and flexibility 
·        Unique ability to leverage the Salesforce.com native platform

Job Functions

·        Define technical solutions in Salesforce to support business work processes 
·        Executing configuration changes. manage the development, test and QA sandboxes 
·        Create and maintain custom objects, fields, and formulas, validation rules and custom workflow, triggers, alerts, automated email responses, etc. 
·        Maintain and enhance visual layout, workflow rules and business logic to streamline and enhance business processes and improve user experience. 
·        Implement and integrate third-party products / applications on the Salesforce platform. 
·        Develop Visual Force and Apex solutions. 
·        Prepare Unit test cases and Perform Unit Testing 
·        Deploy Salesforce meta-data between non-production and production environments using appropriate tools 
·        Maintain user roles, security levels and profiles. Conduct security/configuration audits 
·        Bulk import of data
