Paid Per View Event!
Wednesday, 10/26/11, 10 - 2 pm, Sproul Plaza
Come to BOAA's first PPV event of the semester! We will be offering students $1 to watch a 4 minute clip of Farm to Fridge on campus. We need people to staff the booth from 10 - 2. please let us know if you can help out for some of the time.

BOAA General Meeting (NOTE THE LOCATION SWITCH!)
Thursday, 10/27/11, 7 pm, Lothlorien Coop, 2415 Prospect Avenue
Katie Cantrell of the Coalition to Fight Factory Farming will be giving her fantastic presentation. Show up at 6:30 if you want dinner (all vegan!), please bring $3 to contribute to the karma box. Lothlorien Coop is located at the corner of Prospect and Hillside. The steps are just north of the cross section on the right side of the street (if you are facing the stadium). It's a bit shaded and overgrown, so be careful. Call me, 714 342 7107, if you are lost.

Half Marathon for Harvest Home
December 31st, Castro Valley
If anyone is interested in training to run a half-marathon on December 31st in Castro Valley (just south of Oakland), to benefit the animals of Harvest Home Animal Sanctuary, they can sign up for the google group: http://groups.google.com/group/harvest-home-heroes-team
