Good Morning,
I’m not sure if I have too much information or not enough – but here is what I think I know about the many who are sick.
Our Secretary – Wanda
Thomas said that she made it through the surgery fine and was in ICU. She was able to sit up in bed, eat some food, and even talk a little bit. There is still NO VISITORS allowed anywhere in the hospital.
My Sister – Wanda
She is still on pain meds and my sister, Vicki, says she looks better. They are trying to get her to eat some liquid foods such as soup but she hasn’t eaten anything yet. She is receiving IV nourishment. The nurse said she is “doing well” – whatever that usually means.
Pug Smith
Back surgery went well. Less pain after surgery than before surgery. He is in a hospital in Dallas (not sure which one). I don’t have much information about Pug.
Connie Woolf
Connie is recovering at home after gall bladder surgery and is understandably a bit sore. Otherwise she is fine.
Eddie Biles
Stung by “a hundred” bees while mowing. Pain relievers, Benadryl, and a shower. This morning he said “Doing good. I can hardly tell anything was wrong with me.”
