I've taught piano/music theory now for 48 years in Albany and the Kansas City area before that.  I'm an active member of the Oregon Music Teachers' Association and earlier in the midwest with the National Federation of Music Teachers.  Through the years I've taught many of the local homeschooled families, Valesanos, Lancasters, Lalleys, DeVries, Bergs and others, and feel that any of these families would be happy to give a reference about my work.

 

If I could connect with your group and let other families know I'm here, I'd so appreciate that.  Throughout my teaching years, I've certainly learned that the homeschooled students are to be preferred - they have enough time and focus to do their piano work so well and, of course, that delights this teacher.
