Our products are designed to be unobtrusive with an extremely narrow arris, making it ideal for scratched or scraped finishes. Very popular with major house builders, our beads are available in white or ivory as standard to blend with most coloured renders. However, in order to give architects and contractors even more freedom to use through-coloured renders in more vibrant colours, a range of beads in 7 further colours are also available for popular render depths.
By specifying a Renderplas PVCu bead, the problems associated with traditional beads and the aggravation of costly callbacks are avoided. Ressi PlastoRend 120 is a cement based ready to use premix plaster for internal and external use. Ressi PlastoRend 120 is an ideal substrate for wall putty, wall papers, decorative plasters, paints, Stone Cladding etc. Ressi PlastoRend 120 can easily be applied with a suitable plastering machine or by hand in accordance with BS EN 13914-1 & BS EN 13914-2 This material provides a modern plastering system for fast application on walls and ceilings.

Ressi PlastoRend 120 is an ideal substrate for wall putty, wall papers, decorative plasters, paints, Stone Cladding etc. Ressi PlastoRend 120 can easily be applied with a suitable plastering machine or by hand in accordance with BS EN 13914-1 & BS EN 13914-2 This material provides a modern plastering system for fast application on walls and ceilings.
All loose particles of dust & oil shall be cleaned off the surface prior to application. For hot climatic conditions, the surface may be dampened with potable water. Over RCC and smooth concrete surfaces, it is recommended to coat Ressi BRC 7000 before commencing the job for plastering.
For manual application it is important that water is premeasured in accordance with the amount of material used. The mortar powder should be added over the water to avoid the settlement of the material at the bottom of the mixing container. The mixing container should be uncontaminated, non-corrosive and clean. Only potable water should be used for mixing. It is also recommended that material should be mechanically mixed with a mortar mixer or other mechanical mixing methods to obtain a consistent lump free mix.
With proper surface preparation and mixing of the material, conventional plastering techniques can be used to apply Ressi PlastoRend 120. However, for speedy application it is strongly recommended to do proper surface preparation and spray the material using a plastering / rendering spray machine for higher output of work.
Ressi PlastoRend 120 is regarded as non-hazardous for transportation. Do not reuse bags or containers and dispose them off as per local rules and regulations. Gloves and suitable masks can be worn during application. For Further health and safety information, please refer to product MSDS.
Ressi PlastoRend 100 is a cementitious premix thin applied pigmented plaster which can be applied at a thickness between 0.5mm to 4mm. Ressi PlastoRend 100 is to be applied over a rough plastered cementitious surface. The product is suitable for internal and external wall surfaces. It can be easily applied with a suitable plastering machine or by hand in accordance with BS EN 13914-1 & BSEN 13914-2. Ressi PlastoRend 100 provides a modern plastering system for fast application on walls and ceilings.

Ressi PlastoRend 100 is to be applied over a rough plastered cementitious surface. The product is suitable for internal and external wall surfaces. It can be easily applied with a suitable plastering machine or by hand in accordance with BS EN 13914-1 & BSEN 13914-2.
