First-time randonneur, so many questions...well...one big one for now...

Hi, 

Recently signed up for an RUSA membership so I can participate in some different kinds of events than I've attempted in recent years.  

200k Lobitos Creek looks to be a perfect first test.  I'm already familiar with a significant portion of the route from the annual Sequoia ride in early June.  

However, I'm at a loss as how to register for this brevet.  Is the Santa Cruz Randonneurs website not opening up the registration tab anytime soon?  Or is there some double-top-secret registration method?
