Hi Ben,
CallFire doesn't charge for calls that are not answered. (Busy, disconnnected, carrier errors, or no answers aren't charged). But CallFire does charge for the amount of time the person is on the phone rounded to the next 60 seconds.
So if you call 2000 people and they all answer you can expect to pay 2000 * .035 = $70.
Best,
Pete

Hi,
I want to start a voice broadcast campaign that leaves a notification voice mail for clients. I was wondering how is the pricing structured? Does the minutes count towards all minutes dialed out or just for the minutes that we leave a message? What happens to the secs that encounter a bad phone number or live-pickup? For example if the voice message file was 25 seconds long, and I leave 2000 calls, what would be the estimated cost? 25*2000/60 = 834 minutes, which equals $29.17? Is that correct?
Thanks,
Ben Yee
