Limiting the Number of Call Attempts

Can I set up a call campaign and limit the number of call attempts
before the number is taken out of the que? For example, I create a
2,000 number campaign and want to only make 3 call attempts to reach
the individual. After the 3rd try, the dialer does not try again.

Would appreciate any feedback.

Hello Russ,

Currently in CallFire 2.5(the one you normally see here www.callfire.com)
we don't support automated retries. If you want to make retries, you
will have to construct a new campaign, either manually through the
user interface or programmatically using our developer APIs.

We have, however, received so many requests for this feature that it
is included in the capabilities of our prerelease platform
Tesla(tesla.callfire.com). I would encourage you to create a new
account and experiment with auto-retries on Tesla.
