We use Callfire for Text Message Campaigns and like to set up our text blasts in advance and schedule the time they will fire. Yesterday 1/19/13 I set a campaign to run and the time went past and the campaign never fired. I went back into the system and double checked all the settings and then set a schedule to fire off in 15 minutes. The time came and went and the campaign didn't fire. So I re-set the campaign to fire off in 5 minutes, and again, it did not fire off on its own so I finally just started the campaign manually. Today 1/20/13 I had another campaign set to fire off at 1pm PST and it did not fire off at the appropriate time. I was not in the office when the campaign was supposed to go out, so by the time I did get back to the office, I had to start the campaign manually again 1 hour late.What is going on with the campaign scheduler? This is a very important piece of the service that we pay for. Please fix ASAP.Thanks,Jay
