This is a SUPER helpful thread, thanks all so much. My issue is now the size of the images I need are constrained by the small size of the containing div for the default slider options (see attached image). Is there a way to increase the size capacity of the "containers" (I may not be saying this right) to accommodate for a custom graphic slider that has larger images? Essentially, I'm modifying the smiley-face graphic slider, which has a pretty small image size of 130x130 (but I believe it is even so the largest graphic slider available). Additionally, the images I want to use are more rectangular than square, which makes them appear even smaller.
Is there a way to increase the image size?
Thanks all,
Bradley
_26141Hi Nami!
Thanks so much. I actually looked at this post before posting my reply but, being a total beginner with this, I wasn't sure how to copy the code that you wrote out. Specifically, I wasn't sure what in the code I am supposed to keep as is and what I need to personalize for my own purposes. Right now, my code for using the graphic slider option to change the graphics looks like this:
Pastiebin.com

Would you be willing to show me how to take this code and use it in the way you outlined in that other post to use the normal slider scale, instead of the graphic slider?
Thank you so, so much for your help.
Bradley
Nami Thank you for the super helpful code. I was able to get it working but the images only work for the first choice/statment of the slider question- if I want to add another statement/question the images will no longer move with the slider. What am I doing wrong?
Nami Thank you so much for your incredibly helpful thread! I'm attempting to create a task whereby people can essentially pick their preferred portion size of a variety of different foods. The code you've provided works perfectly if all of the sliders are on separate pages, but if I put them all on the same page it stops working. I've changed the HTML so that each image has a unique ID, and changed the JS 'eq' values for each question, but it still doesn't seem to be working. If it helps, I have six sliders on the same page, each representing a different food. I created the first slider using your code, before copying the question and changing the image/ items in the image list. Hoping you can help!
@Nami , I realize that you replied to this a long time ago, but I was wondering if you could tell me how you increased the size of the image in HTML? The photo you included detailing this is blank on my end. Thank you so much!
I'm getting a Black Out when I go to use Dehaze with my new Sony 7 IV camera RAW images. When I try to adjust the slider the image goes Black and can't see anything. If I bring it back to 0 zero it comes back but can Not see once I try to adjust the image. I have cloud based Adobe so I'm up to date with firmware. I use Dehaze often, so need this fixed asap please.
As John mentioned, please post your program and system information. it can be found by opening lightroom classic and going to Help > System Info. You can then use the copy your information and post it here.
The first trouble-shooting experiment I'd try, is to disable graphics acceleration in the Lightroom Classic settings (assuming that's what you are using), and see if the problem remains. If that does turn out relevant, perhaps a latest update to graphics driver, or otherwise a switch to certified version of the graphics driver, might help?
Hi!
Has anyone noticed the dehaze filter is SUPER sensitive now? If I do +1, the whole image just turns COMPLETELY BLACK..! On the - side there's more margin, but still.. also turns black at -19 or something (canon R5 files)
I noticed because one of my filters would make the image full black, and I did not understand why, turns out it's the dehaze filter... anyone else?
It's not clear what the cause is, although it appears to be related to the GPU. Unfortunately, the vast majority of the posts to date fail to provide any information that would help Adobe staff narrow the issue down any further. For example, very few users have identifed their OS (i.e. macOS or Windows). None have provided their 'System Info' as obtained from the LrC Help > System Info menu item. 'System Info' includes information on the GPU type/model/driver version/configuration. So, you can see how useful it could be when trying to establish a pattern.
BTW - whilst turning off the GPU completely works around the issue it also disables GPU support for the display. So, folk may be degrading performance more than is necessary to work around the issue. I've attached a screenshot below indicating how to retain GPU support for the Display. It would be helpful if you could confirm whether using this option rather than GPU 'Off' allows you to work with 'Dehaze' without turning image black.
The other issue you mention (i.e. retouching tool reducing in size with every touch) is an issue already known to the engineering team. There's also formal bug report for same, although it's for the 'Heal and Clone' tools.
If turning OFF the GPU works, it's a GPU bug, and you need to contact the manufacturer or find out if there's an updated driver for it. This is why disabling GPU is an option as more and more functionality moves to the GPU in newer versions of many Adobe products.
Yes, it's a bug, but simply advising users to turn the GPU 'Off' is not helpful if choosing 'Use GPU for Display', as I suggested above, allows them to at least partially benefit from the GPU while Adobe staff or GPU vendor tracks down and fixes the bug. Setting the GPU back to 'Off or 'Use GPU for Display' are workarounds, not fixes, and we should be suggesting that the user tries both rather than just 'Off'.
To create attractive and engaging logo carousel in the Divi them, first we need to download the Divi Logo Slider module of Divi Plus plugin. You can get this Divi logo slider module and other modules of Divi Plus plugin here.
For this tutorial, I have used the Software Marketing layout available in the Divi premade layouts library. It comes a section that displays client logos, which I am going to replace with logo slider module. You can, too, use that if you want.
The above step successfully added the client logo slider module in our Divi theme. Now, to create logo slider, insert DP Logo Slider module on a page. In my case I have added it right below the section where Software Marketing layout has client logos.
The individual setting provides you all three major settings that comes with the Divi modules: Content, Design and Advanced. The Content tab allows you to add Alt text, image, link, and apply background changes. So, you can easily make changes to each logo you add to the slider.
Under this setting of the Divi Plus Logo Slider module, you can select whether or not to display arrows on the slider. Moreover, using this same setting, you can bring changes in the appearance of the slider arrows like their size, color and hover effects.
Apart from logo image alignment under this setting you can also adjust the width and height of the image. So, if you use multiple Divi logo slider, you can make them look different. The below picture depicts this option more clear.
For now, you can enable loop on the logo slides. Can set them to slide on autoplay with delay and transition duration. Moreover, you can also select whether or not logo slider pause on hover. In addition to these, you can also apply the native animation effects for entrance appearance.
Online food businesses have rapidly grown in the last decade and if you own a restaurant website built with Divi, a perfect restaurant child theme is a necessity. The Divi Restaurant Child Theme has multiple page layouts to display delicious recipes, tasty menus, food...
You may have noticed that when you select a different theme in PowerPoint, it rearranges the text on your slides and adds shapes to the background. This is because each theme has built-in slide layouts and background graphics. You can edit these layouts with a feature called Slide Master view. Once you learn how to use Slide Master view, you'll be able to customize your entire slide show with just a few clicks.
Slide Master view is a special feature in PowerPoint that allows you to quickly modify the slides and slide layouts in your presentation. From here, you can edit the slide master, which will affect every slide in the presentation. You can also modify individual slide layouts, which will change any slides using those layouts.
For example, let's say you find a theme you like but you don't like a few of the slide layouts. You could use Slide Master view to customize the layouts to look exactly the way you want.
Whether you're making significant changes to your slides or just a few small tweaks, Slide Master view can help you create a consistent, professional presentation without a lot of effort. You could use Slide Master view to change just about anything in your presentation, but here are some of its most common uses.
If you want to change something on all slides of your presentation, you can edit the Slide Master. In our example, we'll add a logo to every slide. If you'd like to work along with our example, right-click the image below and save it to your computer.
You can use Slide Master view to modify any slide layout in your presentation. It's easy to make small tweaks like adjusting background graphics and more significant changes like rearranging or deleting placeholders. Unlike the slide master, changes to a slide layout will only be applied to slides using that layout in your presentation.
One of the most powerful features of Slide Master view is the option to create new slide layouts. This is an easy way to add interesting and unique slide layouts to an existing theme. You could even use this feature to design an entirely new theme, as in the example below.
