Jul.17.2018 -- CAlive to introduce PassGraphs

CAlive will introduce the ability to graph passed parameters between functions by compiler settings allowing for global or specific implementations.

PassGraphs will capture meta data on passed parameters to functions, allowing for capture of data, with examination over iterations, to specifically then drill-down for the presentation of physical graphs being generated at runtime, to be viewed in a companion tool called CapAlive, which captures the runtime data and allows a visualization of how the program is operating.  Calls can be viewed temporally, by frequency, by volume of data, by time involved in overhead of transmission, etc.

PassGraphs are also planned to be expanded later to incorporate additional new features.
