Maven error

Hi,
Whenever I try to set Calipso up, the command line <mvn
antprops:generate
> gives this error:

[ERROR] No plugin found for prefix 'antprops' in the current project
and in the plugin groups [org.apache.maven.plugins, org.codehaus.mojo]
available from the repositories [local (/home/cnrd/.m2/repository),
central (http://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2)] -> [Help 1]

Can anybody tell me how to solve this, please?

Why would you run this command? It was used in the old ant-based
build. The current README does not mention it?
