Reports don't denote the units of runtime...

I assume the units are milliseconds?

Also, I don' think my posts are making it to the list (this email is partially a test)

They are nanoseconds.  The unit is being recorded (present in the JSON), but aren't being displayed.  I thought we had an open bug for that, but I can't seem to find it.  Mind filing one?
