Dear CaPA Activist,

We were heartened this past week by the announcement that both nobel laureate Al Gore and “framing” guru George Lakoff have endorsed single payer.  The CaPA Board has signed on to Lakoff’s Rockridge Institute report on health care called “Don't Think of a Sick Child: The Logic of the Health Care Debate.”  Learn more at http://www.rockridgeinstitute.org/health

CaPA is also looking forward to participating in the PNHP National Meeting in Washington, DC on Nov. 2nd and 3rd.  We hope to see you there.

Don't forget to check the online calendar for regular event updates between calendar emails.  While you're on the Google group page, you can also read the newsletter, discussion boards and more.

Sincerely,

John Shearer, MD

CaPA President
