Rally Point is too far from most people and no c-train available. Traffic will be big issue.

I prefer Volleydome Saturday drop-in as alternate of UC.

 

Some advantages of this compare with Rally Point:

Closer to UC—for most people do not need to change their schedule. C-train available and free parking.

Cheaper—5.00/person drop-in Saturday 8:30-11:00

Good court—light and hardwood floor better than Rally Point

 

Disadvantages:

Friday drop-in also available but too many people and level little bit higher than we can match;

Start time a little late;

Not as many courts as Rally Point—might not have our own court. Sometimes have to compete with other teams. Somebody maybe consider this as advantage.

 

Actually, My suggestion is book Sunday’s court in Volleydome in case of UC court unavailable. Court rate is 30/hour. If we have 12, we book 2hours; if we have 18, we can book 3hours. So the cost for each person is about 5.00—similar as UC’s parking fee. Time is from 11:00 to 4:00(need confirm). The only thing is most  people have to confirm their attendance.
