now the crime capital of Canada!
The Edmonton region homicide/murder rate is documented at 4.3 per
100,000 people, compared to only 2.0 for crime-ridden Toronto!!
And, the Edmonton stats do not include bodies found outside the area,
from the notorious Edmonton serial killer of female prostitiutes!
And the city wonders why it is getting such bad international
publicity, mainly caused by the crooked cops, who apparently can not
even catch a cold, let alone the serial murderer, who is suspected by
many, to be either a cop, judge or criminologist.

Back in the late 1990's, the UK's normally low homicide rate spiked by
approx. 20% just because of 1 killer. Dr Harold Shipman was convicted of
killing 23 people over 25 years, but approx 200 to 230 of his suspected 250
murders were attributed to a single year because they'd been reclassified

It's been pointed out to you before, the 4.3 is for the Edmonton
Census Metropolitan Area, which includes the rural areas immediately
east of Edmonton where the bodies were found.
