DEADMONTON Parking Enforcement + Bylaw Management Breaks City Regs
Against Corruption+Fraud-Only In Deadmonton

The Parking Enforcement Services of the City of Edmonton is under
investigation.
The manageress of the department, and city lawyers are desperately doing
damage control, i.e. major coverup, since possible criminal charges may
come, like with local RCMP officer.
It seems that Parking Enforcement manager thinks she can break the law
with impunity.
She says she can decide who she issues tickets to.
If she likes you, or something, she will use her discretion and NOT
issue tickets you deserve.
If you are not in a high position then you must pay the city for the
offence.
Unfortunately, NOWHERE IN ANY OF THE LAWS SHE SWORE TO UPHOLD
IS THERE ANY SECTION ALLOWING HER TO DECIDE WHICH OFFENDERS
SHE CAN NOT PROSECUTE.
In fact the Municipal Government Act specifically states that SHE MUST
UPHOLD THE LAWS AS PASSED AND WRITTEN. [MGA RSA 2000,c.M-26]
What she is doing in fact, seems to be illegal under the Criminal Code,
relating to Criminal Breach of Trust.
She should be FIRED FOR JUST CAUSE, since by her actions the City has
improperly been deprived of revenue to which it was legally entitled.

October13,2011
This was put into force to stop GRAFT & CORRUPTION, as well as to
ensure the city collects all money to which it is entitled.
If you receive what you believe to be an improper parking ticket, post
to the newsgroup and I will contact you or your lawyer with shocking
info.
Anyone getting a ticket for parking could successfully challenge the
legality in Court. Not only would your ticket be waived, but a Judge
could rule ALL parking tickets invalid, until Manager gets FIRED and
laws obeyed.
How many million dollars will City lose ?
Similar to what happened last year about red light camera.
Edmonton police cancel all outstanding speed-on-green tickets ...

The Edmonton Police Service is investigating an incident which saw an Edmonton
man clad only in a woman's panties and garters arrested for fellating another
man in a downtown parking mall.
EPS is working with the Crown Prosecutor preparing charges against
William Grosvenor as part of an ongoing investigation; criminal charges will
result,
Grosvenor is well known to Edmonton Police, as his recent arrests for petty
theft and public indecency attest. Grosvenor was arrested on May 27th after
being found wandering nude through another Edmonton parking arcade while
masturbating and mumbling about his "roddie dickie.")
Grosvenor appears to believe he can break the law with impunity, and will likely
be held for psychiatric evaluation when he is released from drug rehab, where he
is undergoing treatment for substance abuse.
