These colors are defined by Google Calendar and cannot be changed.

It's not possible to have the app use a color wheel here like when choosing colors for the main calendar?

Also it's not possible to change colors for single events on a local calendar (android)?

You can have the color wheel for all events in all calendars by turning "Settings > Display and Use > Proprietary colors" on. But these colors will only work in CalenGoo.
