CalenGoo compatibility w Apple Silicon

I have been using CalenGoo as my default calendar app for years. Recently, Apple has been notifying users that it will stop supporting Intel based apps at a later date tbd. Will CalenGoo become a ‘universal’ app that will continue to work w the newer Apple Silicon chipsets?

thank you for your email! I am glad that you have used CalenGoo for years! 😊 

You are talking about the desktop version (for Windows, macOS and Linux), not the iOS version, right? There is already a special version for Apple Silicon chipsets that you can download from my website https://www.calengoo.com/desktop . It is called "CalenGoo macOS (M1/M2 arm64)" and can be found near the end of the page. Can you see it there? Just install that version if you have an Apple Silicon computer. It will also be faster then.

Thanks, I had updated but it's good to know that was appropriate. Now I've noticed that:

1) A recent iOS update changed my 'details' appearance, the buttons at the bottom that allowed me to save an event as a template are covered by buttons for 'Save', 'Save as draft', and 'cancel'.

2) I can't add tasks to events that I have before. On the webpage, I entered settings, "Display and Use", "Edit view", "Advanced", "New edit view" and "Tasks in events" on. Then a new button "Add new task..." will appear in the edit view. The tasks can be viewed and checked in the edit view and the detail view--DIDN'T WORK

I had updated to the current iOS/desktop, and it's good to know that this was the appropriate update. Now:

 You can save lists of tasks in the description field of an event. Just turn "Settings", "Display and Use", "Edit view", "Advanced", "New edit view" and "Tasks in events" on. I also cannot find the "Save as draft" button that you mentioned. 🤔
