Icloud App Specific Password

Good day Customer Support,
I am trying to sync my icloud calendars with Calengoo. I had it working for years until about 2 weeks ago when Calengoo stopped working due to some sort of compliance issue with The Play Store. 

I tried 5 other calendar apps and could not stomach the crummy non-intuitive horrible UX. Was very happy to see Calengoo back in The Play Store. 

I have tried syncing my iCloud using the app specific password and my regular iCloud password. Neither worked.

What do you suggest.

thank you for your message! This is the support group for the iOS version of CalenGoo. Because you mentioned the Play Store, you seem to be using the Android version. A few days ago someone else had the same problem. I tried it myself and had no problem. It works fine for me with an application specific password. He then said he could fix it by allowing CalenGoo Weather to access his location (there was an error regarding CalenGoo Weather in the "Settings > Information > Log" log). But maybe this was just a coincidence and it was a problem on Apple's side.

A workaround might be to install DAVx5 ( https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=at.bitfire.davdroid or for free from F-Droid: https://f-droid.org/en/packages/at.bitfire.davdroid/ ), which also seems to be able to sync with iCloud ( https://www.davx5.com/tested-with/icloud ). Then you could just let it perform the sync and turn "Settings > Accounts > Android" on in CalenGoo to use your iCloud calendars in CalenGoo.

Nevertheless we can examine the problem if you like. Just try to add your account again and afterward open "Settings > Information > Log" and email me the log using the email button in the lower left corner.
