Issue is the my android phone will not sync with my desk top when my phone is a registered device on my desk top. Any thoughts on what I can try? My trial ends April 1

Hi,

registering a device on the desktop using the QR code does not sync the device. It is only used to send phone numbers and locations to the phone so that you can click a contact's phone number on the desktop and call it with your phone.

To sync both you just have to enter the same Google account in the desktop version that you are also using in the Android version of CalenGoo.

Does that work? Please try this and don't hesitate to contact me again if you have any problems or questions!

Kind regards

Both my Android phone and desk top are using the same email addresses and still won't sync. How do I fix it?

Hi,

then it should usually work. Let's try a few things to find out what is wrong:

Please create a new event on http://calendar.google.com and then sync CalenGoo on your Android phone and your desktop. Does the new event appear in both of them?

Then create a new event in CalenGoo for Android and another new event in the desktop version of CalenGoo. Does that event appear on http://calendar.google.com afterward?

Kind regards
