Problems with outlook.de Microsoft 365 Account

Hello,

I'm new to Calengoo. I have connected my gmail and my CalDav-Account succesfully.

Now, I want to connect my Microsoft 365 account (@outlook.de). It only works with "Office 365 (Graph API)", not with exchange, not with "Office 365". The connection works, but no calender is shown.

How can I use my outlook.de-Account correctly to see my calenders there?

Hi,

thank you for your email! "Graph API" is the newest sync method Microsoft offers and should usually work fine. Does it show any errors when you try to sync that account? Is it a private Microsoft 365 account or is it maybe restricted somehow?

Hello,

I have just deleted this account in CalenGoo and added it again. Same result. It is a private account (Microsoft 365 family) without any restrictions which works fine in Outlook classic. 

There should be two calenders in this account: My own calender and a shared calender, shared by another Microsoft 365 family account.

I see no errors wegen I try to sync this account. I just click on "Sync" and all accounts are synced.

Is there any possibilty to get a log file?

Hi,

yes, there are log files under "Settings > Show Logs". The part where the sync starts should start with "SyncCalendars <accountname>". Afterward you should see how many calendars were received or maybe you can see an error in the log. What can you find there?

Hi,

I have made some changes and uploaded a new beta version. Please set "Settings > Update channel" to "Beta" and click on "Check for updates" to see and download the update. Are you using Windows?

Yes, I'm using Windows and updated to the latest beta, deleted the Microsoft 365 account and added it again. There are still 0 calendars, I sent the log file.

Hello,

thanks a lot to Dominique. Now, with beta 1023, everything works fine and CalenGoo Desktop (Windows) synchronizes with Microsoft 365.
