After sending the last Email (Which does not show yet on the forum) I found out why I had not been able to connect to my Google account:

Every time I clicked ion the button "Add Account" nothing seemed to happen.

But actually the corresponding window was created; I just could not see it because for some reason the "window" was only one pixel wide and about 3 cm high (i.e. only a hair thin white line was visible on my desktop!) I was lucky enough  that one of these lines caught my attention at some point in time, and then I was able to pull the window open using the mouse!

Inside of that Window there were several options, one of them being "Google Account" (on which I clicked).
After I allowed Calengoo to connect on the web page of Google that opened in my browser, my Google Calendar appointments started to populate the app GUI and now Calengoo looks as functional as it was on Windows.

Have a nice day.

Hi,

great, I am glad that you could fix it! I have now made some changes for the next update to prevent the pop-up from becoming so narrow under Linux. Thank you for reporting this problem!

To prevent spam all posts here are first read and approved by me. This is unfortunately sometimes confusing but on the other hand it means that you won't get any spam emails from this group. 🙂

Please don't hesitate to contact me again if you have further questions! 😊

Have a great day as well!

Kind regards

Dominique
