Help! Trying to change information in appointment reminders

I have done it before so I know it's possible. I have recently relocated my business and want to change the outgoing appointment reminder with updated information. I have edited the information but when I do a test reminder, the original content is still in the body of the reminder. I am stuck and can't figure it out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

thank you for contacting me here! I had sent you a response by email yesterday but it seems that you didn't receive it. So let's continue it here instead. Are you talking about the iOS version of CalenGoo? Do you mean that you changed the text under "Settings > Display and Use > Detail view > Expert > SMS template" but your messages are still sent with the old text? 🤔
