Settings : Tasks position in agenda widget

Hi,

In agenda widget, we have 2 options to change tasks position.

• If no option is checked, tasks are display on top 
• If 1st option is checked, tasks are display between all-day and timed events
• If 2nd option is checked, tasks are display at the end
• If both options are checked, tasks are display between all-day and timed events

1) Why we can checked both option ? 

2) Why the first option is indented/linked to the second.

3) Why not group these options in a combo, "Tasks position", "On top/At the bottom/between allday and timed events".
