Hello Dominique and hello everyone,

First, I want to thank you for this amazing app, rich in features, exactly how I like them, and for all the work you’ve put into it — I couldn’t do without it anymore.

I would like to suggest a feature that seems interesting to me.
Everything is in the title : I keep all important events in my calendar, so I have a lot of them.
Recently, after the Android updates, I uninstalled CalenGoo thinking it would solve my problem, and when I reinstalled it — despite having backed up my settings — I lost the formatting of a large number of events to which I had applied a template.

Recreating the lost templates wasn’t a big job; assigning them to the events one by one, however, is a very different story :-(

I don’t know how many of us use templates, but in addition to being a very powerful feature, keywords are also incredibly useful; I think anyone who uses them will find this enhancement valuable — at least I hope so.

I understand that this represents a significant amount of work for you.
Thank you in advance for reading and for your response.

Hello Philippe,

thank you very much I am glad that you like CalenGoo so much! 😊

Which feature would you like to have? You said that assigning templates to events did cost a lot of time. Do you mean that? What exactly do you mean by "assigning them"? Usually templates are just used to create events from them. 🤔🙂

Kind regards

Dominique

Hello Dominique,

When you are in calendar mode or when you have performed a search, you have the possibility to "Select Multiple Entries" and then currently you can:

  • Delete

  • Share

  • Move (Relative)

  • Move (another day)

  • Change calendar

In the same way, I would like to be able to choose a template (from the existing list) and apply it to all the entries that I have selected.

I don't know if I'm being clear enough? See screenshot.

Have a good evening,
Best regards,
Philippe
