Birthday duplicates

Some of the automatic birthday entries appear as duplicates in Calengoo. They do not appear so in the online Google Calendar.

I have only one account synced in Calengoo (my Gmail account, directly). When I open either one of these duplicates, they appear exactly the same as the other one, with "Contacts" as calendar and my Gmail account as account.

The Google birthdays calendar sometimes does not behave correctly when syncing it. Please either try to redownload it or use CalenGoo's birthday calendar:

• To re-download the birthday calendar please open "Settings > Visibility/Download" and set the "Contacts" calendar to "Force redownload once, visible". Then return to the calendar view and choose "Sync" from the menu.
• To use CalenGoo's birthday calendar turn "Settings > Display and Use > General > Display birthdays of contacts" on and then open "Settings > Visibility/Download" and set the "Contacts" calendar to "No download, invisible". This has the advantage that opening a birthday will directly open the contact so that you can call or text the person. Thanks you for your answer.
Actually, the answer was on Google's side : On the online Google calendar, in "Parameters", in the "Agendas" tab, click on "Birthdays", then you can choose what birthdays should be shown. I had both "Contacts" and "Google+" selected, I removed "Google+" and it solved the problem. What led me to think it was a Calengoo issue was that I had no duplicates in the online Google calendar, only in Calengoo - I guess the Google calendar filters the duplicates!
