Exchange syncing issues - The server reported that y our password is incorrect

Hi 
I keep getting this message when I start Calengoo and it tries to sync with my exchange account:  The server reported that y our password is incorrect.  Please enter the correct password.

Passwords are all correct.  
When I enter the password it still doesn't sync and repeats the error.

Any ideas how I can correct this?

thank you for your email! Are you maybe using two factor authentication? Does it work if you add the account using "Settings > Accounts > Add account > Microsoft Office 365" instead of "Microsoft Exchange"?

Another option to sync with Exchange would be to turn "Settings > Accounts > Android" on in CalenGoo and then add the Exchange account in the "Settings" app instead.
