European date format dd.mm.yyyy

Hey Tim, I had a lot of trouble with using :finnish date time format
on shared hosting. I wrote about it on

If you think the info is valuable, you can add link to help others
with similar problem. The control is working perfectly when I use it
on my machine but on Heroku the day and month switch places. I have a
workaround that is working good, but it took me a while to get it
figured out. All other info on the web is outdated.
