My official resignation

It has been a fun ride, but after putting this moment off for some
time, I'm afraid it's finally time to come to grips with the fact that
my interest in this project has expired. I no longer work with rails
front ends (I still do work with Ruby), and it has been at least a
year since I've last actually used this plug-in.

There are a few things that need to be done.

One) calendar date select needs to learn how to bind to a series of
three select box controls. This is the only way to resolve the
localization problems that are occurring right now, unfortunately. The
free-form text is nice in a lot of cases, but overall it's
problematic. This change shouldn't be hard to do, but I just haven't
been able to get around to it (haven't found the motivation to get
around to it).

Two) collaborate with the folks that are developing the jquery version
of the plug-in about how to merge it.

If anybody has sufficient interest in this project and would like to
carry the torch forward, please contact me. I would like to pass this
project on to somebody who will take good care of it and move it in
the right direction. I will be happy to answer questions and spend
some time brainstorming with said individual.

But, if not, I'm afraid that development will be stagnant.
Unfortunately, I don't really have the time to even review patches
anymore. So, I would suppose that this is my letter of resignation.

We've all build something great (mostly) together.
