Cannot Login to CalemEAM

Dear All,
I want to ask about installation of CalemEAM Community Edition. I have installed calemEAM R2.1d to my computer, but I can't login. The screen just show "loading" for long time. I used username "admin" and password "admin_password" to login as instruction in the end of installation.
Why this is happen? What should I do?
