Do pm's automaticaly generate set up on time schedule in community edition?

Or maybe I should have asked, how do I set up p.m.'s to automatically generate based on a time schedule? I have seen some posts about running shedule.sh, and CalemWoGenTask.php which was already in the tasks list, but i've not been succesful in getting it to run as a scheduled job by itself. Could anyone experienced help with the setup procedure? Thanks in advance.

This might help, windows 10 machine, latest caleeam community edition.
